To help reduce financial barriers to care, we also offer a limited number of reduced-fee appointments with our clinical interns. Clinical interns are graduate-level counseling or social work students completing their supervised clinical training. They provide therapy under the guidance and supervision of licensed mental health professionals. Reduced-fee appointments are offered as availability allows. Completing this form does not guarantee placement, but it helps us determine whether we have an option that may fit your needs.

We understand that financial hardship can arise for many reasons. You are not required to share personal or traumatic experiences to request a reduced fee. Please provide only the information you feel comfortable sharing. Your responses will be kept confidential and used solely to determine eligibility for reduced-rate services.

Because clinical internships are time-limited training placements, reduced-fee services are available only for the duration of the intern’s placement with our practice. When an intern completes their training, clients may have the option to continue working with the same clinician at the clinician’s regular rate, transition to another clinical intern if available, or explore other available care options based on availability.

We understand that changes in therapeutic relationships can be significant. If a transition becomes necessary, we will work with you to support continuity of care whenever possible.

We will review your request and contact you within 3–5 business days regarding available options. Requests are reviewed based on the information shared, provider consultation, practice availability, and management approval. If a reduced-fee appointment may be a good fit, you will have the opportunity to schedule a complimentary 15-minute consultation to discuss your needs and next steps.
