Tawna earned her bachelor’s degree in Community Health Education with the goal of helping others live healthier, more balanced lives. Following her degree, she trained as a Neurofeedback Technician specializing in the Othmer Method, using Infra-Low Frequencies to support brain regulation and resilience. She is also trained in the Alpha-Theta and Synchrony modalities, all utilizing the Cygnet software system.

Since 2019, Tawna has provided over 4,050 one-on-one Neurofeedback sessions, supporting clients with a wide range of concerns including; ADHD, anxiety, addiction, autism, behavioral challenges, bipolar disorder, depression, migraines, OCD, PTSD, traumatic brain injuries, sensory issues, sleep disorders, seizures and many more. In addition to her clinical work, she developed a 50-hour Neurofeedback training course complete with slides and materials, which she has taught to dozens of clinicians across multiple trainings. She also created an in-depth symptom evaluation chart and packet to support tailored care.

Deeply inspired by cultural diversity, Tawna has traveled extensively and values the meaningful relationships she’s formed with people from various cultures around the world. She works comfortably and effectively with individuals across all ages and life stages, from early childhood through late adulthood.

For her, the greatest reward lies in witnessing clients overcome their challenges, break through personal barriers, and heal in ways they never imagined possible.
