Therapy can provide a space to feel heard, understood, and supported through life’s challenges. I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and other challenges impacting their daily lives. I also support clients struggling with emotional regulation, family conflict, identity development, and major life transitions.
As a Bangladeshi Muslim woman and mother, I value the ways culture, identity, faith, and lived experiences have shaped my understanding of mental health and healing. My approach emphasizes connection, empathy, and creating a space where clients feel safe exploring emotions, relationships, and personal goals.
Outside of work and school, I love spending time with my husband and two boys. I am a bit of a homebody and enjoy reading, relaxing at home, and catching up on my favorite shows.
