I believe therapy can be a space to slow down, become curious about ourselves, and better understand the experiences and patterns that shape the way we move through the world. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that meaningful change comes from developing greater awareness of ourselves while learning to move toward the people, relationships, and values that matter most to us.

I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, mindfulness, and psychodynamic therapy to help clients explore difficult emotions, understand patterns in their relationships, and develop a more compassionate relationship with themselves. I am especially interested in working with young adults and adults navigating anxiety, depression, relationships, family dynamics, identity development, and major life transitions.

I am LGBTQ+ affirming, sex-positive, and especially passionate about creating a space where people can explore their identities, relationships, and experiences without judgment. As a queer therapist, I understand how meaningful it can be to feel genuinely seen and understood in therapy. I strive to create a space where clients feel safe bringing their whole selves into the room and where their experiences are met with curiosity, respect, and compassion.

I am currently completing my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and practicing as a CMHC Intern under supervision. Outside of therapy and school, I love getting out into nature, going to concerts, watching far too much reality TV, and spending time with my partner.
