I work with individuals navigating anxiety, childhood trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I also specialize in supporting people of color, including immigrants or children of immigrants, who often carry significant responsibility for their families while managing their own emotional needs.

I know the world feels overwhelming right now, and I would be honored to support you as you work on your healing while managing the stress and uncertainty of the current environment. Together, we’ll explore what’s weighing on you, identify tools that align with your needs, and build greater peace and balance in your life.

I use an evidence-based, trauma-informed approach, meeting you where you are and drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Feminist Multicultural Theory (FMT). I strive to create a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space.

My path to becoming a therapist began while I was working as an academic advisor. I often supported students from similar backgrounds as my own who came to my office seeking space to talk through trauma, family responsibilities, and overwhelming life stressors. At the time, I cared deeply but did not yet have the clinical training to fully support trauma processing. Although I offered referrals to mental health services, many students returned and shared that they felt safest speaking with me. Recognizing this gap, I felt called to deepen my training and pursued graduate school to gain the tools I was missing. Since then, it has been deeply meaningful to walk alongside clients as they move through challenges and toward greater clarity, balance, and emotional well-being.
