I’m a master’s-level student intern who is passionate about supporting people as they gain greater self-understanding and begin to notice patterns that may be contributing to distress. In our work together, I help clients gently explore unhelpful behaviors, habits, and beliefs about themselves and others, with the goal of creating meaningful and lasting change.
I believe therapy works best when it is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each individual. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered as they move toward their personal goals.
I am especially passionate about working with individuals navigating faith transitions or deconstructing experiences with high-demand groups.
