I offer a collaborative approach focused on uncovering resources and discovering resolution with compassion and understanding. I have experience working with individuals, couples, and adolescents.
I take a mindfulness based approach to individual and couples therapy in order to discover what barriers may be keeping you from your better life. Together we can uncover what obstacles are present and the beauty of possibility.
We will work together to develop your individualized treatment based on your desired outcomes through an integrated use of research supported therapies. I have training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Mindfulness, Positive Psychology, Motivational Interviewing, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).
